तस्मिन्नवसरे शंभुः सर्वदेवगणैः सह । तुष्टाव प्रयतो भूत्वा विष्णुं जिष्णुं सुरद्विषाम्
tasminnavasare śaṃbhuḥ sarvadevagaṇaiḥ saha | tuṣṭāva prayato bhūtvā viṣṇuṃ jiṣṇuṃ suradviṣām
அந்த வேளையில் ஶம்பு எல்லா தேவர்கணங்களுடனும் சேர்ந்து, ஒருமுகப்பட்டு பக்தியுடன் விஷ்ணுவைத் துதித்தார்—தேவர்களின் பகைவர்களை வெல்லும் அஜேய ஜிஷ்ணுவை।
