Transliteration

tataḥ śārṅgavinirmuktaiśchittvā tasya śaraiḥ śiraḥ | kāśīpuryāṃ sa cikṣepa kurvaṃllokasya vismayam

Translation

பிறகு சார்ங்கம் என்னும் வில்லிலிருந்து விடுக்கப்பட்ட அம்புகளால் அவன் தலையை அறுத்து, உலகோர் வியக்கும் வண்ணம் அதை காசி நகரில் வீசினார்.
