इत्युक्ता तु तदा देवी भैरवेश्वरनैरृते । सागरस्य स्थिता रम्ये तत्र मूर्त्तिमती सती
ityuktā tu tadā devī bhairaveśvaranairṛte | sāgarasya sthitā ramye tatra mūrttimatī satī
இவ்வாறு கூறப்பட்டதும், தேவி பைரவేశ்வரத்தின் தென்மேற்கு திசையில் உள்ள அழகிய கடற்கரையில் அங்கேயே தங்கி, உடலுருவுடன் வெளிப்பட்டாள்।
