ॐ नमो भानवे भर्त्रेऽब्जभौमसोमरू पिणे । एवं नत्वाऽर्चयित्वा तु इमां स्तुतिमथो पठेत्
oṃ namo bhānave bhartre'bjabhaumasomarū piṇe | evaṃ natvā'rcayitvā tu imāṃ stutimatho paṭhet
ஓம்—பானுவிற்கு நமஸ்காரம்; தாமரைப் பிறப்பானவன், பௌமன், சோமன் ஆகிய ரூபங்களையும் உடைய அந்தப் பரமப் ப்ரபு-பர்த்தாவிற்கு வணக்கம். இவ்வாறு வணங்கி ஆராதித்து, பின்னர் இந்த ஸ்துதியை ஓதுக।
