प्रसन्ना भूयसी देवी तानृषीन्प्रत्युवाच ह । वरं वृणुध्वं मुनयो दास्यामि वरमुत्तमम्
prasannā bhūyasī devī tānṛṣīnpratyuvāca ha | varaṃ vṛṇudhvaṃ munayo dāsyāmi varamuttamam
மிகவும் பிரசன்னமான தேவி அந்த ரிஷிகளிடம் கூறினாள்—“முனிவர்களே! வரம் வேண்டுங்கள்; உங்களுக்கு உத்தமமான வரத்தை நான் அளிப்பேன்।”
