அவர்கள் அனைவரும் விதிமுறையின்படி ‘சங்காலேஸ்வரர்’ எனப் பெயர்பெற்ற இறைவனை வழிபட்டனர்—பிருகு, அத்ரி, மங்கி, கஷ்யபர், கண்வரும்.
