वरं ब्रवीहि भद्रं ते स्तवेनानेन सुव्रते । ददामि ते न संदेहः शोकं त्यज महेश्वरि
varaṃ bravīhi bhadraṃ te stavenānena suvrate | dadāmi te na saṃdehaḥ śokaṃ tyaja maheśvari
ஓ சுவிரதையே, வரம் கூறு—உனக்கு மங்களம் உண்டாகுக. இந்த ஸ்தோத்திரத்தால் நான் உனக்கு ஐயமின்றி வரம் அளிக்கிறேன்; ஓ மகேஸ்வரீ, துயரை விடு.
