मिथ्या चैतत्कृतं सर्वं मूर्खैश्चापि प्रकीर्तितम् । क्व क्षेत्रं क्व प्रभावश्च कुत्र वै सन्ति देवताः
mithyā caitatkṛtaṃ sarvaṃ mūrkhaiścāpi prakīrtitam | kva kṣetraṃ kva prabhāvaśca kutra vai santi devatāḥ
‘இவை அனைத்தும் பொய்; மூடர்கள் உருவாக்கி பரப்பியவை’ என்று அவர்கள் சொல்வர்—‘எங்கே க்ஷேத்திரம்? எங்கே அதன் மகிமை? தேவர்கள் உண்மையில் எங்கே?’
