अपेयस्त्वं तथा भावि स्वादमात्रेण केवलम् । गंडूषमपि पीतं च तोयस्याशुभनाशनम्
apeyastvaṃ tathā bhāvi svādamātreṇa kevalam | gaṃḍūṣamapi pītaṃ ca toyasyāśubhanāśanam
நீ (இந்த நீர்) குடிக்கத் தகாததாக, வெறும் சுவைத்தறிய மட்டுமே உரியதாக இருப்பாய்; ஆயினும் அந்த நீரை கண்டுூஷம் அளவு (வாய்நிறையக் கொப்பளித்து) எடுத்தாலும் அது அசுபத்தை அழிப்பதாகும்.
