ब्राह्मणा ऊचुः । नान्यथा कर्तुमिच्छामस्तव वाक्यं जगत्पते । न च मिथ्याऽत्मनो वाक्यं प्रमाणं चात्र वै भवान्
brāhmaṇā ūcuḥ | nānyathā kartumicchāmastava vākyaṃ jagatpate | na ca mithyā'tmano vākyaṃ pramāṇaṃ cātra vai bhavān
பிராமணர்கள் கூறினர்—ஓ ஜகத்பதே, உமது வாக்கிற்கு மாறாக எதையும் செய்ய விரும்பவில்லை. தன் சொல் பொய்யாகக் கூடாது; இங்கே நிச்சயமாக நீரே பிரமாணம்.
