ईश्वर उवाच । ततो गच्छेन्महादेवि पुनर्न्यंकुमतीं नदीम् । तत्र कृत्वा गयाश्राद्धं गोष्पदे तीर्थ उत्तमे
īśvara uvāca | tato gacchenmahādevi punarnyaṃkumatīṃ nadīm | tatra kṛtvā gayāśrāddhaṃ goṣpade tīrtha uttame
ஈசுவரன் கூறினார்—மகாதேவி, அதன் பின் மீண்டும் ந்யங்குமதீ நதிக்குச் செல்ல வேண்டும். அங்கே ‘கோஷ்பத’ எனப்படும் உத்தம தீர்த்தத்தில் கயா-ஸ்ராத்தம் செய்தால் பெரும் புண்ணியம் கிடைக்கும்.
