देव्युवाच । तपांसि कानि कथ्यन्ते क्षेत्रे प्राभा सिके नरैः । कानि दानानि दीयन्ते केषु तीर्थेषु वा कथम्
devyuvāca | tapāṃsi kāni kathyante kṣetre prābhā sike naraiḥ | kāni dānāni dīyante keṣu tīrtheṣu vā katham
தேவி கூறினாள்—“பிரபாசம் எனும் இப்புனித க்ஷேத்திரத்தில் மக்கள் எந்தெந்த தவங்களைச் சொல்கிறார்கள்? எந்தெந்த தானங்கள் அளிக்கப்படுகின்றன, எந்த தீர்த்தங்களில், எவ்விதமாக?”
