शृणु तेषां फलं वत्स भविष्यति निशाकर । न तेषां जायते व्याधिर्न दारिद्र्यं न दुर्गतिः । न चेष्टेन वियोगश्च मम चंद्र प्रभावतः
śṛṇu teṣāṃ phalaṃ vatsa bhaviṣyati niśākara | na teṣāṃ jāyate vyādhirna dāridryaṃ na durgatiḥ | na ceṣṭena viyogaśca mama caṃdra prabhāvataḥ
அன்புக் குழந்தையே, நிசாகரனே! அவர்களுக்கு வரும் பலனை கேள்—அவர்களுக்கு நோயும் இல்லை, வறுமையும் இல்லை, துர்கதியும் இல்லை; என் சந்திரப் பிரபாவத்தால் அவர்கள் விரும்பியதிலிருந்து பிரிவும் அடையார்.
