चतुर्थे प्रहरे प्राप्ते यः श्राद्धं कुरुते नरः । वृथा श्राद्धमवाप्नोति दाता च नरकं व्रजेत्
caturthe prahare prāpte yaḥ śrāddhaṃ kurute naraḥ | vṛthā śrāddhamavāpnoti dātā ca narakaṃ vrajet
நான்காம் பிரஹரம் வந்தபின் ஒருவர் ஸ்ராத்தம் செய்தால், அது வீணான ஸ்ராத்தமாகும்; விதிமீறலால் தானம் செய்பவர் நரகத்திற்கும் செல்ல நேரிடலாம்.
