தேவி, ‘அஷ்வினா தேஜஸே’ என்ற மந்திரத்தால் கண் (நேத்ரம்) வழிபட வேண்டும். பின்னர் கிழக்கில் சோமனைவும், அதுபோல் தெற்கில் புதனைவும் நிறுவி வழிபட வேண்டும்.
