एवं वस्त्रादि संशोध्य ततः स्नानं समाचरेत् । शुचौ मनोरमे स्थाने संगृह्यास्त्रेण मृत्तिकाम्
evaṃ vastrādi saṃśodhya tataḥ snānaṃ samācaret | śucau manorame sthāne saṃgṛhyāstreṇa mṛttikām
இவ்வாறு ஆடை முதலியவற்றைச் சுத்தம் செய்து பின்னர் ஸ்நானம் செய்ய வேண்டும். தூய்மையும் இனிமையும் உள்ள இடத்தில் ‘அஸ்த்ர’ மந்திரத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தி ஸ்நானத்திற்கான ம்ருத்திகை (மண்) சேகரிக்க வேண்டும்।
