Transliteration

yatra kaṇṭakino vṛkṣā yatra niṣpāvavallarī | bhāryā punarbhūrvalmīkastāste vasatayaściram

Translation

முள்ளுள்ள மரங்கள் உள்ள இடத்தில், நிஷ்பாவ வள்ளி வளரும் இடத்தில்—அங்கேயே உன் மனைவி ‘புனர்பூ’ இருக்கட்டும்; வல்மீகம் (எறும்புப் புற்று) உன் வாசஸ்தலமாகட்டும்; இவையே நீண்ட காலம் உன் இருப்பிடங்களாகும்.
