इत्युक्तवन्तौ तौ तत्र वरेण च्छन्दितौ मया । अस्ति सौराष्ट्रविषये भारते क्षेत्रमुत्तमम्
ityuktavantau tau tatra vareṇa cchanditau mayā | asti saurāṣṭraviṣaye bhārate kṣetramuttamam
அவர்கள் இருவரும் இவ்வாறு கூறியபோது, நான் வரம் அளித்து மகிழ்வித்தேன்; ‘பாரதத்தில் சௌராஷ்டிர நாட்டில் ஒப்பற்ற புண்ணியக் க்ஷேத்திரம் ஒன்று உள்ளது’ என்றேன்.
