vivāhamevaṃ kṛtvā tu sāvitryā brahmaṇā saha | paridhāpya sitairvastrairdaṃpatīnāṃ tu saptakam

இவ்வாறு பிரம்மாவுடன் சாவித்ரியின் திருமணவிதியை நிறைவேற்றி, பின்னர் ஏழு தம்பதிகளுக்கும் வெண்வஸ்திரங்களை அணிவிக்க வேண்டும்।
