ऋद्धियुक्ते पुरे तस्मिन्नित्यं धर्मानुसेविते । शिवरात्र्यां गतो राज्ञि तिथीनामुत्तमा तिथिः
ṛddhiyukte pure tasminnityaṃ dharmānusevite | śivarātryāṃ gato rājñi tithīnāmuttamā tithiḥ
செல்வம் நிறைந்த அந்த நகரில், எப்போதும் தர்மம் கடைப்பிடிக்கப்பட, அரசியே, திதிகளில் சிறந்த சிவராத்திரி வந்தடைந்தது।
