Transliteration

sūryadakṣiṇanairṛtye pātālavivaraṃ priye | maṃdehā rākṣasā yatra tathā śālakaṭaṃkaṭāḥ

Translation

பிரியே! சூரியத் தலத்தின் தெற்கு–தென்மேற்கு திசையில் பாதாளத்திற்குச் செல்லும் ஒரு பிளவு உள்ளது. அங்கே மந்தேஹ ராட்சசர்களும், சாலகடங்கடர்களும் வாழ்கின்றனர்.
