त्वन्मुखक्षीरसिंधूत्था कथेयममृतोपमा । कर्णाभ्यां पिबतां तृप्तिर्मुनीनां न प्रजायते । कथयस्व महाबाहो तीर्थयात्रां सुविस्तराम्

Transliteration

tvanmukhakṣīrasiṃdhūtthā katheyamamṛtopamā | karṇābhyāṃ pibatāṃ tṛptirmunīnāṃ na prajāyate | kathayasva mahābāho tīrthayātrāṃ suvistarām

Translation

உன் வாயிலிருந்து பாற்கடலிலிருந்து எழுந்ததுபோல் வரும் இந்தக் கதை அமுதத்துக்கு ஒப்பானது. காதுகளால் பருகினாலும் முனிவர்களுக்கு திருப்தி உண்டாகாது. மகாபாஹுவே, தீர்த்தயாத்திரையை மிக விரிவாக உரை செய்.
