भक्त्या स्नात्वा तु तत्रैवं कुर्यात्कर्म यथोदितम् । देवान्पितॄन्मनुष्यांश्च तर्पयेद्भावसंयुतः
bhaktyā snātvā tu tatraivaṃ kuryātkarma yathoditam | devānpitṝnmanuṣyāṃśca tarpayedbhāvasaṃyutaḥ
அங்கே பக்தியுடன் நீராடி, விதிப்படி கூறப்பட்ட கர்மங்களைச் செய்ய வேண்டும்; மேலும் உள்ளார்ந்த உணர்வுடன் தேவர்கள், பித்ருக்கள், மனிதர்கள் ஆகியோருக்கு தர்ப்பணம் அளிக்க வேண்டும்।
