श्रान्ता भारपरिक्लिष्टा वहती कोपनं द्विजम् । पाययित्वोदकं कान्त नय मां मन्दिरं स्वकम्
śrāntā bhāraparikliṣṭā vahatī kopanaṃ dvijam | pāyayitvodakaṃ kānta naya māṃ mandiraṃ svakam
நான் களைத்தேன், பாரத்தால் துன்புறுகிறேன்; இந்தக் கோபமுள்ள பிராமணனைச் சுமக்கிறேன். காதலனே, அவருக்கு நீர் அருந்தச் செய்து என்னை என் இல்லத்துக்கு அழைத்துச் செல்.
