पश्चिमस्य समुद्रस्य तीरमाश्रित्य तिष्ठति । कुशस्थलीति या पूर्वं कुशेन स्थापिता पुरी
paścimasya samudrasya tīramāśritya tiṣṭhati | kuśasthalīti yā pūrvaṃ kuśena sthāpitā purī
மேற்கு கடலின் கரையைச் சார்ந்து அந்த நகரம் நிலைத்திருக்கிறது; அது முன்பு ‘குஷஸ்தலி’ என அழைக்கப்பட்டு, குஷனால் நிறுவப்பட்ட நகரமாகும்।
