यस्मात्कृतमिदं देवा ईश्वरेण महत्सरः । महादेव सरोनाम सुप्रसिद्धं भविष्यति
yasmātkṛtamidaṃ devā īśvareṇa mahatsaraḥ | mahādeva saronāma suprasiddhaṃ bhaviṣyati
தேவர்களே! இந்தப் பெருஞ்சரோவர் ஈசுவரனால் உருவாக்கப்பட்டதனால், இது ‘மகாதேவ-சரஸ்’ என்ற நாமத்தால் எங்கும் புகழ்பெறும்.
