आसीमान्तमनुव्रज्य हृष्टो राजा बभूव ह । तरुणीं हंसवर्णां च हंसीनामेति विश्रुताम्
āsīmāntamanuvrajya hṛṣṭo rājā babhūva ha | taruṇīṃ haṃsavarṇāṃ ca haṃsīnāmeti viśrutām
எல்லை வரை உடன் சென்று அரசன் மகிழ்ந்தான். அந்தப் பசு இளமையானது, அன்னப் போன்ற நிறமுடையது, ‘ஹம்ஸீ’ என்ற பெயரால் புகழ்பெற்றது.
