ततो दुःखमनुप्राप्तः पितृवाक्यानि संस्मरन् । रुरोद प्रातरुत्थाय तं भार्या प्रत्यभाषत
tato duḥkhamanuprāptaḥ pitṛvākyāni saṃsmaran | ruroda prātarutthāya taṃ bhāryā pratyabhāṣata
அப்போது பிதர்களின் சொற்களை நினைத்து அவன் துயரத்தில் ஆழ்ந்தான். விடியற்காலையில் எழுந்து அழுதான்; அப்போது அவன் மனைவி அவனை நோக்கி உரைத்தாள்.
