अथागत्य द्रुतं दूराद्बालेनानेन वंदिताः । दीर्घायुर्भव संदिष्टस्ततश्चायमनेकधा । पंचमे दिवसेऽस्यापि मृत्युर्देव भविष्यति
athāgatya drutaṃ dūrādbālenānena vaṃditāḥ | dīrghāyurbhava saṃdiṣṭastataścāyamanekadhā | paṃcame divase'syāpi mṛtyurdeva bhaviṣyati
பின்னர் தொலைவிலிருந்து விரைந்து வந்து இந்தச் சிறுவன் எங்களை வணங்கினான். நாங்கள் அவனுக்கு ‘நீ நீண்ட ஆயுளுடன் வாழ்க’ என்று ஆசீர்வதித்தோம்; அவன் அதை பலவிதமாக மீண்டும் சொன்னான். ஆனால், தேவனே, அவனுக்கும் ஐந்தாம் நாளில் மரணம் வரும்.
