सौदास उवाच । आराधिता द्विजा विप्र भवंति सुगतिप्रदाः । असन्तुष्टा दुर्गतिदाः सद्यो मम यथा पुरा
saudāsa uvāca | ārādhitā dvijā vipra bhavaṃti sugatipradāḥ | asantuṣṭā durgatidāḥ sadyo mama yathā purā
சௌதாசன் கூறினான்— “ஓ விப்ரா, த்விஜர்களை முறையாக ஆராதித்தால் அவர்கள் சுகதியை அருள்வர்; அவர்கள் மனம் வருந்தினால் துர்கதியை அளிப்பர்—முன்பு எனக்கு உடனே நிகழ்ந்ததுபோல்.”
