Pulastya (addressing a king)
Tirtha: Same Arbuda jalāśaya (tīrtha)
Type: kund
Listener: Narādhipa (king)
Scene: Around the lake, celestial maidens and the women of Siddhas and Yakṣas appear as an unseen/half-seen retinue, while the narrator addresses the king about the fruit of bathing at that time.
Right place and right time (deśa-kāla) amplify ritual merit; a true tīrtha draws even subtle celestial communities.
The same jalāśaya/tīrtha in Arbuda-khaṇḍa where the Māgha-śukla-tṛtīyā bath occurs.
Bathing at that tīrtha during the specified auspicious time (linked to Māgha-śukla-tṛtīyā, dawn).
