शक्र उवाच । ज्येष्ठं भ्रातरमुल्लंघ्य शंतनुः पृथिवीपतिः । पितृपैतामहे राज्ये स निविष्टः पितामह
śakra uvāca | jyeṣṭhaṃ bhrātaramullaṃghya śaṃtanuḥ pṛthivīpatiḥ | pitṛpaitāmahe rājye sa niviṣṭaḥ pitāmaha
சக்ரன் கூறினான்— “பிதாமகரே! பூமிபதி சாந்தனு, தன் மூத்த சகோதரனை மீறி, பித்ரு–பைதாமக அரசில் தானே அமர்ந்தான்.”
