Transliteration

anyaḥ śakraḥ prakartavyo maṃtravīryasamudbhavaḥ | ātharvaṇairmahāsūktairābhicārikasaṃbhavaiḥ

Translation

‘மந்திர வலிமையால் தோன்றும் இன்னொரு இந்திரனை உருவாக்க வேண்டும்—ஆதர்வண மகாசூக்தங்களால், அபிசாரச் செயல்களிலிருந்து எழுந்தவைகளால்.’
