मंडनैः पुष्पमालाभिः समंताद्द्विजसत्तमाः । हस्त्यश्वरथदानैश्च गोर्भिर्वस्त्रैश्च कांचनैः । कृतार्था ब्राह्मणाः सर्वे कृतास्तै स्तत्र भक्तितः
maṃḍanaiḥ puṣpamālābhiḥ samaṃtāddvijasattamāḥ | hastyaśvarathadānaiśca gorbhirvastraiśca kāṃcanaiḥ | kṛtārthā brāhmaṇāḥ sarve kṛtāstai statra bhaktitaḥ
ஓ த்விஜச்ரேஷ்டரே! எங்கும் அலங்காரங்களாலும் மலர்மாலைகளாலும் அவர்களுக்கு மரியாதை செய்யப்பட்டது. யானை, குதிரை, ரதம், பசுக்கள், வஸ்திரம், பொன் ஆகிய தானங்களால் அங்கே எல்லா பிராமணரும் திருப்தியடைந்து க்ருதார்த்தராக்கப்பட்டனர்—இவை அனைத்தும் பக்தியால் நிகழ்ந்தன।
