अथ स्कन्देन संवीक्ष्य दूरस्थं तारकं रणे । समाहूय ततो मुक्ता सा शक्तिस्तस्य मृत्यवे
atha skandena saṃvīkṣya dūrasthaṃ tārakaṃ raṇe | samāhūya tato muktā sā śaktistasya mṛtyave
பின்னர் ஸ்கந்தன் போர்க்களத்தில் தூரத்தில் நின்ற தாரகனை நோக்கி அழைத்தான்; அதன்பின் அந்த சக்தி எறியப்பட்டது, அது அவனுக்கு மரணக் காரணமாயிற்று।
