ततो हृष्टमना दक्षः सुताः सर्वा हिमद्युते । निवेद्यामंत्र्य तं पश्चाज्जगाम निजमंदिरम्
tato hṛṣṭamanā dakṣaḥ sutāḥ sarvā himadyute | nivedyāmaṃtrya taṃ paścājjagāma nijamaṃdiram
பின்னர் மகிழ்ந்த மனத்துடன் தக்ஷன், பனிப்போன்ற ஒளியுடைய (சந்திரன்) அவருக்கு தன் மகள்கள் அனைவரையும் அர்ப்பணித்தான்; வணங்கி விடைபெற்று தன் இல்லத்திற்குச் சென்றான்।
