वसंते नृत्यगीतैश्च तोषयामास पार्वतीम् । षष्ठकालाशना साध्वी सस्यदानपरा यणा
vasaṃte nṛtyagītaiśca toṣayāmāsa pārvatīm | ṣaṣṭhakālāśanā sādhvī sasyadānaparā yaṇā
வசந்த காலத்தில் அவள் நடனமும் பாடலும் செய்து பார்வதியை மகிழ்வித்தாள். அந்த சாத்வி ஆறாம் காலத்தில் மட்டுமே உணவு கொண்டு, தானியத் தானத்தில் ஈடுபட்டிருந்தாள்.
