एवं सवीक्षमाणस्य तस्य च्छिद्रं महात्मनः । समाप्तिमगमद्विप्राः सत्रं तद्द्वादशाब्दिकम्
evaṃ savīkṣamāṇasya tasya cchidraṃ mahātmanaḥ | samāptimagamadviprāḥ satraṃ taddvādaśābdikam
இவ்வாறு அந்த மகாத்மனில் குறை காண நெருங்கிக் கவனித்துக் கொண்டிருந்த போதிலும், ஓ விப்ரர்களே, பிராமணர்கள் அந்த பன்னிரண்டு ஆண்டுச் சத்ர யாகத்தை முறையாக நிறைவு செய்து முடிவுக்கு கொண்டுவந்தனர்।
