। सूत उवाच । त्रिशंकुरिति संचिन्त्य विश्वामित्रं महामुनिम् । मनसा सुचिरं कालं ततश्चक्रे विनिश्चयम्
| sūta uvāca | triśaṃkuriti saṃcintya viśvāmitraṃ mahāmunim | manasā suciraṃ kālaṃ tataścakre viniścayam
சூதர் கூறினார்—திரிசங்கு என்றும் மகாமுனி விஸ்வாமித்ரரையும் மனத்தில் நீண்ட காலம் சிந்தித்து, பின்னர் உறுதியான முடிவை எடுத்தான்.
