तस्यान्वयेऽपि ये जातास्ते बाह्याः संप्रकीर्तिताः । बाह्याः क्रियासु सर्वासु सर्वेषां पुरवासिनाम्
tasyānvaye'pi ye jātāste bāhyāḥ saṃprakīrtitāḥ | bāhyāḥ kriyāsu sarvāsu sarveṣāṃ puravāsinām
அவனுடைய குலத்தில் பிறந்தவர்களும் ‘வெளியோர்’ என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டனர்; நகரவாசிகளின் எல்லா சடங்குகளிலும் வழக்கங்களிலும் அவர்கள் அனைவராலும் சமூகத்துக்கு வெளியானவர்களாகவே கருதப்பட்டனர்.
