அதன்பின் தர்மக் கோபத்தால் மனம் நிறைந்த பிரம்மா அந்தக் குலாதிபதிகளை அழைத்து, எல்லாத் தேவர்களும் கூடிய மகாசபையில் தாமே அவர்களிடம் உரைத்தார்।
