याहियाहीति विप्रैस्तैर्भर्त्स्यमानो मुहुर्मुहुः । सर्वतः सारमेयैश्च क्लिश्यमानो निरर्गलैः । काककोकिलसंकाशो जीर्णवस्त्रावगुंठितः
yāhiyāhīti vipraistairbhartsyamāno muhurmuhuḥ | sarvataḥ sārameyaiśca kliśyamāno nirargalaiḥ | kākakokilasaṃkāśo jīrṇavastrāvaguṃṭhitaḥ
அந்த அந்தணர்களால் 'செல்! செல்!' என்று மீண்டும் மீண்டும் விரட்டப்பட்டும், எல்லாப் பக்கங்களிலிருந்தும் கட்டவிழ்த்து விடப்பட்ட நாயர்களால் துன்புறுத்தப்பட்டும், கிழிந்த ஆடைகளை அணிந்திருந்த அவன் காகம் அல்லது குயிலைப் போலத் தோன்றினான்.
