एवं विलपमानस्य मम सूत कुलोद्वह । आगताः सुहृदः सर्वे रुरुदुस्तेऽपि दुःखिताः
evaṃ vilapamānasya mama sūta kulodvaha | āgatāḥ suhṛdaḥ sarve ruruduste'pi duḥkhitāḥ
குலத்தில் சிறந்தவரான சூதரே! நான் இவ்வாறு அழுது புலம்பிக் கொண்டிருந்தபோது, என் நண்பர்கள் அனைவரும் வந்தார்கள்; அவர்களும் துயருற்று அழுதார்கள்.
