Transliteration

skāṃdaṃ purāṇametacca kumāreṇa puroddhṛtam | yaḥ śṛṇoti satāṃ madhye naraḥ pāpātpramucyate

Translation

இந்த ஸ்காந்த புராணத்தை தெய்வக் குமாரர் முதலில் வெளிப்படுத்தினார். சத்புருஷர் சபையில் இதைக் கேட்பவன் பாவத்திலிருந்து விடுபடுவான்.
