ततश्च द्वापरं भावि तृतीयं द्विजसत्तमाः । द्वौ पादौ तत्र पापस्य द्वौ च धर्मस्य संस्थितौ । भगवान्वासुदेवश्च कपिलस्तत्र जायते

அதன்பின், ஓ இருமுறை பிறந்தவர்களில் சிறந்தோரே, மூன்றாம் யுகமான த்வாபரம் வரும். அங்கே பாவத்திற்கு இரண்டு பாதங்கள், தர்மத்திற்கும் இரண்டு பாதங்கள் நிலைபெறும். அந்த யுகத்தில் பகவான் வாசுதேவரும் கபிலரும் பிறக்கின்றனர்.
