ततो गृहं परित्यज्य गोकर्णौ द्वावपि स्थितौ । देवतायतनैर्व्याप्तं क्षेत्रं दृष्ट्वाऽखिलं ततः
tato gṛhaṃ parityajya gokarṇau dvāvapi sthitau | devatāyatanairvyāptaṃ kṣetraṃ dṛṣṭvā'khilaṃ tataḥ
பின்னர் வீட்டைத் துறந்து கோகர்ணர் எனப்படும் அந்த இருவரும் அங்கேயே தங்கினர். தேவர்களின் ஆலயங்கள் நிறைந்த அந்த முழுக் க்ஷேத்திரத்தைக் கண்டு அதன் புனிதத்தைக் உணர்ந்தனர்।
