Transliteration

nirmamo nirahaṃkāro mama tvaṃ mānasaḥ sutaḥ | kramānmayā tu teṣāṃ vai vedarakṣārthameva ca

Translation

பற்றும் அகங்காரமும் அற்ற நீ என் மனப்பிறந்த மகன். முறையாக நான் உன்னை அவர்களிடையே நியமித்தேன்—வேதங்களைப் பாதுகாக்கவே.
