जंबूद्वीपस्य संज्ञेयं फलेन च विजायते । मन्त्रेणानेन विप्रेंद्र श्रद्धाधर्मसुसंयतैः
jaṃbūdvīpasya saṃjñeyaṃ phalena ca vijāyate | mantreṇānena vipreṃdra śraddhādharmasusaṃyataiḥ
இந்த ஜம்பூப் பழத்தினாலேயே ‘ஜம்பூத்வீபம்’ என்ற பெயரின் பொருள் அறியப்பட வேண்டும்; அது அந்தப் பழத்திலிருந்து பிறந்ததுபோல். ஓ பிராமணச் சிறந்தவரே, ஸ்ரத்தையும் தர்மமும் கொண்ட கட்டுப்பாட்டாளர்கள் இந்த மந்திரத்தால் இதைச் செய்ய வேண்டும்।
