यो जपेत्पौरुषं सूक्तं स्नात्वा विष्णोः स्थितोऽग्रतः । मतिस्तस्य विवर्धेत शुक्लपक्षे यथोडुराट्
yo japetpauruṣaṃ sūktaṃ snātvā viṣṇoḥ sthito'grataḥ | matistasya vivardheta śuklapakṣe yathoḍurāṭ
நீராடி, விஷ்ணுவின் முன்னிலையில் நின்று பௌருஷ ஸூக்தத்தை ஜபிப்பவரின் அறிவு, சுக்லபக்ஷத்தில் வளரும் சந்திரனைப் போலத் தொடர்ந்து பெருகும்.
