सांकृतिरुवाच । एष दैत्यः सुदुष्टात्मा देवानामहिते स्थितः । विशेषाद्वासुदेवस्य पुरोर्मम महात्मनः
sāṃkṛtiruvāca | eṣa daityaḥ suduṣṭātmā devānāmahite sthitaḥ | viśeṣādvāsudevasya purormama mahātmanaḥ
சாங்க்ருதி கூறினார்—இந்த தைத்தியன் மிகக் கொடிய இயல்புடையவன்; தேவர்களின் நலனுக்கு எதிராக நிற்கின்றான்; குறிப்பாக என் மகாத்மா மூத்தவர் வாசுதேவருக்கு விரோதியாக।
